GLFD stands for Parkland! We have partnered with Parkland Foundation to support the construction of the new Parkland Hospital. We have established a goal of bundling $25,000 from donors through this program, in exchange for which the Gay & Lesbian Fund will be permanently recognized with a plaque on a Consultation Room in the Emergency Department of the new Parkland Hospital, scheduled which opened to the public in 2015.
